Delivery Information

Delivery is a door-to-door courier.

We can also send through PUDO - The Courier Guy. Please state this when placing your order and we will contact you for your preferred destination.

We unfortunately do not use Pep delivery.

The delivery fee charged is a standard fee.

Delivery transit times:

Once the parcel has been collected from us, transit time will be dependent on the area being shipped to.

Urban areas is between 2-4 working days. Outlying areas will take longer.

Our couriers do not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Information:

Once payment has been received, your parcel will be packaged and Courier tracking information will be emailed to you.
